Basic functionality Ver. 1.0
In the first version of the app, we have already implemented:
PECS cards
Voice-overed PECS cards
The app is free
Basic version: The app includes 360 cards necessary for minimal communication and is available free of charge for all users.
Caregivers and users have different interfaces, ensuring effective use of the app.
The app offers live voice-over for all cards. In the future, users will be able to choose from various voice options, such as a boy, girl, man, woman, grandmother, or grandfather.
The use of clear and vibrant illustrations makes communication easy and accessible for users with ASD. The cards are designed with the needs of users in mind, facilitating effective communication.
APF AAC is available for Android and iOS platforms and optimized for use on phones and tablets, ensuring accessibility for a wide audience.
In the next development phase, the app will include a training course developed by an experienced psychiatrist. This will help users and their families make the most of APF AAC's features.
APF AAC was developed by the parents of a child with ASD, ensuring a deep understanding of user needs and attention to every detail during development.
